No, I didn't think you were being critical of me. I was just hoping I could shed more light on how I was feeling. I hear you completely. I think we'd be surprised at the number of physical complaints and pains that stem from our emotions, stresses, and spiritual issues. And most people are not ready, as you point out for the awful truth. And for most it's too difficult. It's like quitting smoking. You know the cure for a nicotine fit is another cigarette. Yet you know you're not cured, just getting a dose of relief. And food can provide powerful relief. And the body squeals and screams when being forced to eat correctly and especially when it is denied anything but water.
As Bragg says over and over, "Flesh is dumb." It's cries are uninformed, but oh so powerful.
