Hi J,
I'm like you, and think many others are also. I don't post much if anything while I'm fasting. I don't tell others than my family so they know what's happening. Fasting is a very personal experience for me. Each one is different. I've been criticized for not being able to say anything without referring to Fuhrman or Bragg, and the reason I do that is that the raw materials of sound practices are outlined there, and then one may begin to experiement with the methods within the guidelines of what is already known to be helpful and harmful. That and the fact that fasting without sound nutrition is just playing like playing a game with the bets being placed in the chips of one's health.
