Mike, thanks for the info, you are entitled to your opinions, as I am to mine. If I was doing this to cleanse I may follow more of your advice. I find most of it very interesting actually, but to be honest with you, I prefer to follow my own path. I think we have a difference of opinion as to what the definition of Water Fasting is. My personal definition may not be what your definition is, but that is what I choose and what works for me. I hope you are ok with that, after all, the last time I checked it was still a free country. As far as reading Furman goes, I'm sure it is an incredible book, and I may actually read it some time,just not this time. About ketosis, like I have said in previous posts, it's not that big a deal to me. Aparently it is to you. I'm ok with that. Each to his own. This may have slipped your attention, but I'm not here for affirmation, I'm here for weight loss. You may not agree with me and I'm ok with that, more importantly, I hope you are ok with that.
