and you're an inspiration! Wow, 18 days....once I do my pre-requisite reading, I hope to try my first fast when it warms up. In the meantime, I'll keep with liver flushes. It's good to know that you were able to fast when your pH was 5...I've been trying forever to alkalize myself, but I barely make a dent in it. I'm very pleased to know I can still do some fasting. I know my first ones will be short anyhow.
