Hey Thanks for the link. Sorry I'm just responding I've meant to sign on but, every time I thought no one is replying anyway. When you get that taste in your mouth from the dieters tongue, you will get tired of it!! LOL. But I use tooth paste the only foreign thing I've put in my body to temporary limit it.(I rense afterward).
Status I'm on day 15 (only 25 more to go) and I weigh 155 pounds (man I'm a glad I gained that 12 pounds before I started). I checked my blood presure(caused by diet pills) before I started fasting. It was 150/100(best reading) on day 14 it was down to 138/90(should be even better now). Stomach around belly button down from 94.30 cm (center meters) to 85.00cm.
