It sounds like an excellent reference, but to say that any bowel cleansing is unnecessary is patently ridiculous. I suggest you read Dr. Schulze and the other doctors who have done autopsies on people with 40 pound colons, and talk to the many people who have posted here about how sick they got from Water Fasting because of the many environmental toxins and heavy metals that were released into their bloodstream with nowhere to go.

And for the typical person who's lived their entire lives on the standard american diet, in a polluted metropolitan city, Water Fasting is NOT recommended, but you'd have to read the true experts on fasting to get that information, namely, Ayurvedic practitioners who have studied healing through diet for *centuries*.
