The best option is of course fresh, but when you work you should juice before work and bring it with you. I worked full time and went on a four day camping trip where I brought all my juices with me. My options were limited, thanks to taste, but as long as you have nutrients, you're good to go. :) Apple, carrot and grape are the best juices to bring along. They last longer and taste better than others. hth
