I've heard people have strong reactions from the swf.... Maybe you could switch to lax tea.

Typically, people don't throw-up when they fast. Fevers are also not common. So, I'd guess that you have a bug. Drink lots of fluid and really, see if you can switch to lax tea or enemas.

What kind of resources do you have? Are you reading any good juice fasting books?
