Hi, how do you do on raw honey/bee pollen products? Do they spike you are do they work like fruit juices? I find orange juice and ALL natural organic fruit SPIKES me horribly, I get headaches, feel horrible from fruit. Never tried vegetables but have always been a big meat eating low carber to cure most of my ailments. I was type 2 diabetic and low carb was a miracle but I ended up going into type 1 (insulin dependant) getting too thin and refusing insulin. I DONT DO THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY, I WOULD RATHER DIE. So I have had a really hard time stabilizing and I am deathly afraid of carb, even in the form of fruit and veggie. I just dont think I am stable enough to water fast...
