Hi everyone! I am dealing with some issues and really need some advice. I have just recently finished bowel cleansing, did colonics until nothing else would come out and was pretty happy with that. I am trying to cure up some problems in my health without turning to the (UGH!!!!!) medical community. I am extremely sensitive to sugar/carbs and have to live my life on a very very low carb diet. It's cured most of my problems but now I am dealing with something new: Hypoglycemia. Since I refuse to use Sugar to regulate myself, it's been rough trying to handle this with only protein and fat. I decided to try a juice fast but I don't want to spike my blood Sugar OR not have enough!! So I need some advice: First off, can I do just vegetable juice? I feel a lot more secure with lower carb items like spinach, kale, celery, etc. If so, which veggies do you recommend? I have a juicer but have never used it. Can I add Kombucha tea?
Has anyone ever fasted with hypoglycemia? Any advice would be most appreciated and especially exactly what to drink and how much of it. I'd like to cure the hypoglycemia, lose a bit of weight (i've gained since dealing with hypoglycemia because I have to eat every 2 hours - ick)and just simply feel better. Thank you in advance for your time and input on this subject! :-)
