These recipes sound delicious. One question though. I've always heard that it's not wise to mix fruit and vegies. Fruit is supposed to be taken by itself, not even with grains. Hence the fruit juices in the morning and the vegie ones in the evenings. What is your take on this.

Love to hear the Prune Light Express, too! Any more recipes would be great. This is wonderful. Can't wait to get some of these ingredients and get to juicing more.
