Your responce tells me your not ready!Some things shouldnt be rushed into.Read more on the subject of fasting!You need to know what to expect from a fast.I dont know enough about your curent state of health to summize what might happen during a fast.There are to many variables to even know what might happen to myself on a fast!During a fast one encounters,fatiuge,cravings,energy spikes,euphoria,sluggishness.Your abbility to deal with this will depend on your copeing skills to stressfull situations.Take your time and do a fast when you Feel that you are ready.You are the only one who will truly know when the time is right.
