HI

I'm 125 NOW

I'm usually 130 - 135 - all of it localized at my lower belly.
When I try to cut back on calories it does NOT go away
Only by fasting can I get it to go flat!!

I MUST be full of SHIT!
HA!

I absolutely LOVE the way I am looking now - day 5-6.
How can I maintain this?
I already exercise, do weights...
I run marathons for crissake!
I teach bodypump @ goodlife!
I am PE teacher!

Could a full colon cause my distended belly - if so there is nothing I can do!
I cannot starve myself forever!

any similar experiences?
