Hello,
I used recipe #1 on this page, with the unsulphered molasses:

Not a lot happened after that, but I did hear the right sounds, and lots of gurgles. Sipping a quart of salt water right now (mmmmm, breaky, lol!) so hope that will soon help expel whatever the coffee enema flushed from the liver last night.

Day 7 and awoke after 6 hours of sleep feeling more energetic than yesterday. Happy fasting everyone!
