Me too! Felt draggy with low energy for the first time today, yes, like napping (though didn't). Switched to Master-Cleanse today and did a salt water flush first thing. THAT got things moving pretty quickly! Did a coffee enema tonight and heard the liver releasing bile they talk about, so will see how tomrrow goes. Finishing one more cup of lemonade and going to bed!
