I don't know as much about Master-Cleanse as others here. I haven't taken the time to research what's involved (or included). You can absolutely drink fruit in the am, veggies in the pm and herbal tea during work. And if you feel zapped for energy, try to see where a local juice bar is. Something like Jamba or Keva.
