Everyone goes through detox differently. Some ideas, given you aren't adding oil or anything else to the juice fast, may be that your digestion hasn't completely stopped and so you haven't reached the big autolysis cycle yet OR that you have a really slow metabolism (which would explain the lack of hunger) and it's going to take a while.

Are you adding anything to the juice fast?
