I have a number of personal issues I want to address via fasting. I guess this is an extended question to the previous message.

First of all...is fasting for more than 30 days safe and if so is there anything I need to know so I don't damage my body.I want to heal it not tear it down.

Right now I am a mess and I think juice fasting can help.

Any and all info would be appreciated. Thanks
