I'm curious about this as well. I'm planning to start a juice fast the first week of July and I'd like to do a colon cleansing but I don't want to spend a bunch of money on these nasty P&B drinks and powders and all that.

I thought maybe the lemonade of the Master-Cleanse might contribute to colon cleansing while I supplement with other fruit and veg juices for nutrition (cause the maple syrup and cayenne sounds just disgusting).

Anyone know if there's an easier way to attain the cleansing without the powders and teas and laxatives and all?
