you pour it through a metal mesh strainer it gets out the majority

if you want it totally clear of pulp you pour it through a cheesecloth or coffee filter after that.


i personally prefer a bit of pulp and only use the mesh strainer. it keeps you moving stuff out. some say its not a total rest of digestion. true. but it still detoxes,heals etc. i really feel better when i do it that way because everything is coming out more quickly and i dont have toxic symptoms.
