I'll just 1st say that I've run the gammut of diet changes. When we 1st found out one of our children had a terminal disease, we changed our whole family cold turkey to Vegetarian - Vegan - to Raw Foods - Fasting and juicing - Sprouting - Now we've been settled more-or-less following Dr Clark's Food Rules and went back to Dairy ( I was also pregnant and was finding it impossible to get enough calcium through almonds, broccoli, tahini etc.) Do you think that Dr. Clark promoted Milk BEFORE RBGH and all the hormones began going into our Milk? I must say that at 1st going back to milk felt great, but now my body's rejecting it and I can't get my youngest weaned. Even Organic Milk tastes chalky to me as though dry powdered milk has been added. In Dr. Clarks new 14-Day Cancer Cure Dairy is now a NO containing Chlorogenic Acid, one of the 3 Tumor Beginning compounds. I'm going to start looking into that Hiziki. Also I found a good herbal concoction to make for calcium on herbsfirst.com (Dr. Christopher). We still don't eat meat, even my husband who was a "Meat with every Meal" kind of guy is now grossed-out by it when we have to eat it. I'm going to get us back to more Raw Foods again. We had much more energy when we juiced too.
Also, as far as B12 goes, it seems from Dr. Clark books that this is due to Ascaris. They even turn pink when they ingest our B12. This could explain why some Vegan's are deficient while others are not.
It is really hard to eat any of these ways, even though our kids are great eaters.
So I guess I'm a Sterilized Vegan-again eating fish once in a while.
