Hi LivingWater, I am too so happy for your improved vision!! I still keep drinking carrot juice after the fast. I read your blog on fasting. It is so amazing and inspriing to me!! Thanks so much for your being here. Your blog is my guidance..i have no any doubt about fasting, no fear any more.

I pray you go well with the first 3 days (hardest period for the fasting)..
Tommorrow, I am ready to start!
