Hi,

I'm pretty new to this site and am doing my first detox. I have the symptoms I read about - chills, nausea, headaches, kinda sore and achey, tired. But I'm also having difficulty breathing. Every time I try to take a deep breath, it hurts and I end up coughing. I can only take shallow breaths and am having trouble talking in longer sentences.

Has anyone else experienced this while dtoxing? Thanks so much for any tips!!!!!
