John's message is certainly interesting and I can feel the thought he has put into it.I don't think it is a matter of deciding on a course of action to be taken. I think rather that it is a journey begun and ways of eating will resolve themselves in a natural manner as the journey progresses . We become more spiritual the more we move towards the sustenance our bodies require in the natural order of life/nature.

We are, each of us, spirit , and we are duty bound to look after the bodies we inhabit. If we choose to, or not, then we discard them and continue our journey through eternity in another dimension.
