I suggested this forum because I find it difficult to convert to a vegitarian lifestyle. It is something I need to do, but find it difficult as eating meat is a bad habit.

I have been eating meat all of my life, but after learning more, it seems that the vegetarian life is better for us humans.

This forum is dedicated to all of us who are trying to feel and live better.

The conversion is a difficult journey (mentally). (Thus the request for this forum)
