Thank you so much for your descriptive post. Such wonderful inspiration so hear about the struggles, willpower and eventual success you have had! I am glad to hear that you have maintained your goal weight and hope that you are free from depression.

I have been a slave to food forever. I always try to eat healthy but then it goes down the tubes when I just have to have that bag of peanut butter M&M's. It almost feels appropriate to say "Hello my name is Sally and I'm an overeater"...

I did a little juice fast today and I feel more conscious about what I should be eating. I am going to incorporate 1 day juice fast per week from now on...and I might try the Master-Cleanse mid-May.

Again, thanks so much for the encouragement and I will keep you posted!
