I did some research after reading your post, and it seems even some of the juice fasting clinics believe in sweet pot. juice. I tried it last night. 1 big s.p and 2 carrots. Strange taste, but not unpalatable. Actually had quite a nice aftertaste, and it was so filling. Felt great afterwards. Thx for the idea!
