Has anyone had success in chelating and staying aluminum free?

I have tried unsuccessfully to try and rid my body of it, with herbs. I continue to suffer with yeast because of aluminum toxicity. Can anyone share some personal experiences as to how they eradicated aluminum and stay aluminum free.

I am very careful about staying away from aluminum; cook in glassware, aluminum free deodorant, Sea Salt , aluminum free baking powder, etc. However, I do use makeup from time to time that contains it. Do you think this is why I can't get rid of the metal?

Any thoughts or insights would be appreciated. So frustrated.
