I would hold off on the fast for the time being.... Continue drinking your juices it really is good for you.. Maybe even trying growing your own sprouts...

I totally believe getting your life on "balance" Start out just by drinking juice when you feel the need, you will begin to like it... I'm also drinking Kombucha Tea, Kefir and Aloe Vera... I'm waiting for balance then I will do a Juice Fast... But not till I feel right...

When you feel the balance you can accomplish anything you want..
