I have candidias and know that it's perfectly safe to fast. Stay away from orange juice and tomato as these two fruits cause candidias overgrowth. I haven't had a problem with any other juices but I've read it's best to limit fruit while juice fasting, when you have candidias. I don't...

As far as the mercury goes, I don't know about this one. If you can get those fillings replaced, that would be so good for your health. :)
