First of all I know nothing. With that said - my wife has had a bad response to all forms of detox except one that we just started. That one is a Far Infrared Sauna . Not only does it not make matters worse but she actually feels better after using it. Her mood is so lifted - that I encourage her to do it in the morning knowing that she will be in a good mood the rest of the day.

I assume it is one of the only methods of detox that doesn't use the liver???
