Thanks for the info and for the response! I also found a few detox menus that use flaxseed oil in conjunction with juice fasting as well, so we must be on some track! :D

I read that flaxseed oil acts as an appetite suppressant because it coats the stomach and slows the process of digestion. That way anything in the stomach stays in there longer. I don't have the exact quote, but I can get it out of my book if you, or anyone is interested.
