I'm taking 1/2 tbls of flaxseed oil twice a day while on my juice fast in hopes that it may aid as an appetite suppressant as well as a good Omega-3 fatty acid. It's really an experiement, but I'm wondering if anyone has tried using flaxseed oil in conjunction with a juice fast, or if anyone has a comment on this. Thanks! :D
