Unfortunately I'm somewhat older than 23.

Some people chelate and get better in one to two years. Some take longer. It's actually good to go slow. It's also best to be sure not to make mistakes, so I'll give you some reading to do.

If you are going to chelate the Andy way I would suggest contacting people in these groups. There are lots of people there with lots of experience who will help you.
