I feel the enemas are the best. I have done the saltwater flush, and retained some of the salt. Nobody can tell me that the body doesn't absorb some of it. I also feel much better with the enemas. I guess you would have to experiment. I wouldn't recommend any fiber laxative on a fast....as it could restart the appetite which is so important to shut down.
