I recently just finished a 10 day Master Cleanse which went pretty well for me. I want to start a 21 day juice fast within the next week but i just have a question. As far as elimination during a juice fast goes, i had pretty good eliminations using the laxative tea and SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) on the MC. Would this be effective on the juice fast as well? what is the difference between the lax tea/SWF and using an enema? Thanks
