WooHoo!! I made it!

Got up this morning and skin brushed. I cleaned the carpet in the living room and both bathrooms today. ENERGY! Then I went for a 2 mile walk. I really didn't feel like walking, but made myself go. I didn't jog at all, just walked at a moderate pace. It took me 44:11 min.

Tonight I'm finishing off my fast with a liver flush. I have an appt for a colonic Friday morning.

Tomorrow morning I will post my results from the fast.

I still have a little bit of that cough, so I'm still detoxing. I probably shouldn't stop now, but it's time. I'm sure that no one has ever done all of their detoxing in one fast.
