thanks again blonde amazon. i got my mercury toxicity form eating excess cans of tuna for a straight year while vigirous excersize to lose 120 pounds which i did. then came my mental symptoms. so in order to get the mental symptoms out, ALA is recommended.

If i open the DMSA capsule, its powder. do i just mix like a 1/4 of it in the water and drink it? - Mike
