Even I am living in western Europe, it has been sever cold for the all the past 3 months. Even now, I cannot see green leaves on the trees. The weather seems so cold for me too.. I dress very thick warm cloths..still feel cold in the early morning to go to office. But I will be very happy to welcome the warm weather... till then I become more healthy,, lighter.. more joyful..
Dress warm enough, Livingwater, especially dress very warm on your feet and legs. The coldness is coming into the body from the feet..
