Thanks so much I will be sure to add more greens. I am feeling much better now. the last two days have been a breeze. Well day and a half anyway. I just had a good cry and prayer session which is good for the soul as well. I'll have to resist the temptation to read your link for now because the kids are sleeping and I have been trying to designate this time in prayer for others. Now that my emotions are better in check I'd better get to it. But I'll be sure and read it as soon as I get a chance.
