Thanks wintergreen. I appreciate it. On my 8 days off ot DMSA is when I take the ALA which is included in Basic Detox Nutrients(a multivatim), and Heavy metal support(restores minerals taken out by DMSA). Also on the 8 days off, I am going to be making this cilantro paste, theres a recipe I found. which will be good. How long from your experience and knowledge do you think I would notice a difference in my mental state of mind? Along with weekly colon hydrotherapies and colonics. and saunas on DMSA days ofcourse.
