I wasn't able to quite finish the whole quart, but I have in the past, and I always lie on my side. It never works. But the tea does, so I'm sticking with that for now.

Believe me, I was not a happy camper. Especially since it tasted nasty AND made me feel so much worse. I don't even know why I keep trying it, but I always have the same lack of results.

I'm still hoping to find the rest of my colema setup, because that's 5 gallons of water, and I always feel great afterwards...
