im actually on day 1..up to now, feeling good, had a carrot, apple, orange and lemon juice this am and some fresh mint tea...yammmyyyyyy...:)))
juices taste soo very good!
i'll have a nice day visiting a bouddhsit temple and receiving some blessings, listening to these fantastic monks' voices..love it!!!
and i think i will go early to bed tonight :)))
looking forward to have bright and clear energy again :)))
