O.k. I got ya. :) Yes, it's important to bulk up on the probiotics after a fast, for sure. I even take pro-biotic enemas about once a week. I know that not much sticks around but I'm hopeful that some will. :)

I don't know how people do the SWF. The taste alone would have me throwing up. LOL I've drinken Ebsom Salts, and they are by far the nastiest thing I have EVER tasted. Yuck...
