I think I'm on day 64. My longest was 145 days, so I'm not even half way there, yet. lol :) Days are pretty typical. Lots of energy, sleep great, etc. This week I developed a slight headache one day, had a big "flush" the next day and felt great again. I don't think I'm as toxic as most people, especially since I'm regular faster and I'm young.

I have a very supportive family. Most of my family is deep into natural healing/medicine. I don't tell other people that I'm fasting, though. I just say I'm on a strict diet. Which is the truth. ;-)

Totally know what you mean about the cold. I can't stand to be cold, so this go around with fasting has been rough. I usually start in the spring... I can't wait for warmer weather!

Well, if you're going 30, then you're half way there! It'll fly by and feel like such an accomplishment at the end. You go girl!
