Yesterday was horrible!! Fatigued, weak, low energy, I didn't do hardly anything.

Today is much better! I'm down 15.6 pounds, not much change in a couple of days. The sun is shining and it's suppose to be in the mid to upper 40's! *clapping

I'm glad I'm feeling better, a bit more energy, happy and ready to go. This afternoon I'm going to try to go for a walk, maybe I'll hit 3 miles today.
