It comes out naturelly. I do make enemas almost everyday just for drawing out more toxin. In fact, I have BM naturely. John rose said if your juice fasting is long enough. You will see these junk coming out. Now I believe he said the truth.
I wish you doing well with your fast.. we need to be patient and understand the detox process. Do not give up.. You will reach the high in the end.
