I'm currently juice fasting, but this morning I had a craving for salt and avocado.
So, thinking myself ingenious, I carefully placed some Himalayan Crystal Salt on half of an avocado and began licking it off.
Well, it was delicious! And if a small chunk of avocado came off, I'd dissolve it to pure liquid and swallow with sheer delight.
It's taken me an hour, but I've worn down the avocado half-way [of the half I started out with :)]
My boyfriend and I were discussing if this act was breaking my fast. We're unsure, because since the avocado was so liquidy, we don't know if the fat content is what breaks a fast or because it's not actually JUICE.. or what. Is encouraging movement of the intestines what breaks a fast? That means actually chewing and swallowing larger chunks, right?
~We're unsure, anyone with opinions, please!~
P.S. You all really should try the avocado and HCS.. yummmm!!
