you can buy cheap juicing books on amazon. steve meyerowitz has a good one, and there is one called "juicing for life" that is selling for 50 cents right now on amazon!! they have great info and many wonderful recipes in them, though i have never actually read the juicing for life one.

my personal favorites are

carrot lemon ginger

carrot apple spinach

cabbage carrot ginger

beet cucumber celery

also you can add greens to most juices like chard or spinach

i wouldn't bother with the garlic juice on your first fast, that may be too intense.
