My post isn't really meant for you, since you are the type to fast with no problems. As I explained, there are others who react completely differently than you do, and it isn't really much help to us to hear "advice" from those like you who can fast without hypoglycemia and other extreme physical reactions. I'm sure you meant well, but your input doesn't apply to my body type.
